Fix taskbar resizing (windows 11 22621.1413+)
In the video, we use vivetool to disable the new taskbar animation that prevents it from being resized.
After that, we can resize the taskbar again by changing the registry.
1. Run "Команды ViveTool Off and Help-1.bat" in ViVeTool 0.3.2 folder on behalf of the administrator.
2. In the window that opens, enter 17 and press enter.
3. Enter 2 to accept the changes and restart your computer.
4. Run "Taskbar size.bat" in Taskbar size folder.
5. Enter 1, 2 or 3 and press enter.
Explorer will restart and now the taskbar is small again
