1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 ¾ cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of water
FROSTING
Ingredients:
150 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup (tea) of condensed milk
½ cup (tea) of heavy cream
