One time, when we were during a season of slow growth, I pleaded with God to move me somewhere else because I believed He was finished with me in this place. I blamed myself for the lack of growth because revival rises and falls on leadership. God convicted me and revealed that if I was going to take the blame for no one receiving the Holy Ghost, then I was the one who was going to take the credit when someone did.
