Pinouts (FT232RL) : DTR,RXD,TX,VCC,CTS,GND (The TX, or trasmit, of the FT232RL, hooks up to the RX, or receive, of the Pro Mini. Likewise, The RX, or trasmit, of the FT232RL, hooks up to the TX, or receive, of the Pro Mini.)

(Personally, I did not have to download this driver. The version of Arduino IDE must have taken care of that. I'm guessing.)
