Strike on the colony with Ukrainian prisoners of war in Olenivka: what is known?
The Russians claimed about the death of 53 captured Ukrainians (POWs) in the colony in Olenivka (rus:Yelenovka). The Russian Federation has committed a serious war crime - the massacre of prisoners. Information requires careful verification and may be a cover for other criminal activities of the Russian Federation.
🔴 Ukraine did not do any missile strikes in the area of Olenivka (Yelenovka) - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Each shot of the M142 HIMARS is clearly recorded, from the time of launch to the location of the hit, and this will be proven in international instances.
🔴 Some of the pieces are clearly rusty.
This suggests that they were collected in advance and brought to the site.
⚠️ On the video and photo you can see:
🔴 the roof is still standing - The explosions were inside the production shop.
🔴 Unbroken windows (top left).
🔴 The beds were not swept.
💥 Several explosions reported locally and torn or burned bodies inside indicate the use of two types of munitions:
1. Shellless - no traces of fragments.
2. Thermobaric ammunition type RPO-A "Shmel" (Rocket-propelled Flamethrower-A "Bumblebee") - completely burned bodies.
⚠️ Attention, there is no thermobaric weapons in the Armed Forces of Ukraine capable of shooting at such distances.
