Therokis is a tier 2 terrestrial herbivore. It has great stats and a nice design. It is available as a limited gacha creature that comes in the same cycle as Diokrine (I'm not sure which cycle, maybe third cycle now since Gyroudus and Syroudon have been moved to the second cycle).
