Wiggly/Jittery Text in Premiere Pro (Tutorial)
Here's how to do the wiggly or jitter effect on text in Premiere Pro! This only requires one effect called "turbulent displace", which is built into premiere pro - so no plugin is required! All you need is to change a few settings and key frames to achieve the effect. I hope the tutorial helps!
