Horse Stance is one of the foundation skills that any martial art practitioner needs to master.
In this short video, Master Shi Yan Chan demonstrates how to perform a proper horse stance.
But that's not it. We are going to add a little challenge! Horse Stance for 1 FULL MINUTE while balancing a broom or stick on your lap!

Master Shi Yan Chan is a 34th Generation Warrior Monk from the Song Shan Shaolin Temple in Henan China.
