This is because there are plugins installed that are not compatible or crash, causing Adobe After Effects to not open. The solution is REMOVE / Uninstall the problematic Plugin.
How to look at VIdeo (for the MacOS version), if the Windows version is just adjusting it, find the folder where the plugin is located and delete the plugin.
Ae Plug-In for MacOS Location:
Macintosh HD / Library / Application Support / Adobe / Common / Plugin / 7.0 / MediaCore
Remove plugs that are expected to crash (you can try one by one, or delete all) except the dummy.txt file. Don't delete it
If you are a Windows user, the location is:
C:\Program Files\Adobe
Kalau bahasa buleknye begitu, ini kalo bahasa kitanya.
Adobe After Effect tidak mau dibuka alias error muncul tampilan lebih kurang begini :

Hal tersebut dikarenakan ada Plugin yang terpasang tidak kompatible atau crash sehingga menyebabkan Adobe After Effect tidak mau dibuka. Solusinya HAPUS/Uninstall Plugin yang bermasalah tersebut.
Caranya Lihat di VIdeo (untuk versi MacOS), kalau versi Windows tiggal sesuaikan saja, cari folder di mana letak plugin berada dan hapus pluin tersebut.

Macintosh HD/Library/Aplication Support/Adobe/Common/Plugin/7.0/MediaCore
Hapus Plug yang diperkirakan Crash (bisa dicoba satu persatu, atau hapus semua) keculai file dummy.txt Jangan dihapus
