One of Pioneer's finest turntables. Manufactured in Japan from 1981 to 1983, its price at the time was DM850, according to hifi-wiki.com.
The turntable is fully automatic, plays 17 and 30 cm records, and has 33 and 45 speeds.
The turntable features an excellent quartz-controlled direct drive. Pioneer motors were the thinnest in their class at the time, allowing for the production of thin cabinets.
It was shipped from the factory with a Pioneer PC-3MC cartridge. This example is equipped with an Audio-Technica AT95E cartridge.
