How I Automated My Entire Video Editing (Claude Code)

This entire video was edited by AI. Zero lines of code, no human editor touched the timeline. I recorded myself talking once and the system did the rest, and the video you just watched is the proof.

Here's the moat: the AI reads every line of what I'm saying, works out what kind of moment it is, and picks the move a real editor would make. A shocking number gets slammed. A cliffhanger holds a blur. A tool gets named, the logo pops. A line that earns nothing gets nothing. Then it writes that move in code (CSS, GSAP, Three.js) fresh for every video, checks its own work with a hostile second reviewer, and renders the frames you're watching.

The whole stack is open:
Claude Code is the editor (it writes the effects)
HyperFrames is the render engine (HTML to deterministic MP4)
The editing-grammar layer and the technique library on top are what I built

This is not fully autonomous, and I will not pretend it is. It can't write the script, and it can't decide what's worth saying. What it replaced is the four hours of dragging clips around that used to come after the thinking.
