I don't know what more I can show regarding the incompetence of the URC. How they handled Henco van Wyk's suspension is absolutely atrocious. After seeing this video, I don't know how we can ever trust them with their protocols. They simply refuse to own up to their mistakes. I reached out multiple times to Tappe Henning (Head of Match Officials), David Jordan (Tournament Director), both of the URC. I also reached out to Tamer James (Head of Physiotherapy & Medical Services) and Robert Milligan KC (Disciplinary Panel Member in Henco's hearing). I did not get one response back. They could've easily proven me wrong and made me look like an idiot, if I was wrong, but of course they have something to hide.

I did some digging and think I've found something that would suggest the URC and Dragons RFC are up to something that would cast major doubts over the integrity of the competition. I have very good reason to believe that the URC and Dragons RFC are hiding evidence where they potentially put a player's health at risk, by allowing that player to come back onto the field with a concussion. I will go over the evidence in this video, then you can judge for yourself. They could've easily proved me wrong by just telling me why the player in question, was not in the match day 23 of the Dragons squad vs Stormers, and that same player was also not on any injury reports. It does seem to me that he was in fact concussed when the doctors allowed him back onto the field. Yet, despite their own negligence and disregard for player safety, they used Henco as a scapegoat and now they refuse to answer my questions regarding why he got suspended under the wrong laws, as well as the evidence they used against them where they implicate themselves.

I also go over the facts of the case and how the URC clearly cited Henco for laws he never infringed, which essentially cost him an extra 2 weeks for no reason at all. They are playing with the career of a 21 year old, by making stuff up that directly impacts his career. Henco van Wyk on the verge of making the Springbok squad, him getting suspended for no reason, has a massive impact on his chances of making the Springbok squid. This is why this is serious, not to even mention the player safety aspect of this. I clearly show in this video that the URC had no ground on which they could suspend Henco under law 9.20.a, as he clearly binds onto his teammate. I also clearly show that at no point was henco reckless. He followed the laws of the game. I won't even mention how the URC reversed the red card of Cian Healy who had a direct head shot to a ball carrier, it was as clear as a red card that you would see. Yet, he didn't even have to appeal the decision, the URC did it themselves. But with this case of Henco, where I have lots of evidence that shows he should never have been red carded in the first place, he gets his suspension upheld. It's a joke.

The the last part I show how Henco also almost breaks his neck, yet the URC simply did nothing about it. They are too scared to answer my questions.

In the conclusion I also show how Tappe Henning speaks lowly of us fans, where he basically admits that the URC does not care about the opinion of fans. This is frightening, as he is exposing the URC and showing that they fail to take accountability. I expect more from a guy who won the World Rugby's referee award for 2022. Yet, he can't answer basic questions because that would mean he has to own up to his mistakes, which he can't.

This won't be the last video. I will continue until they own up to their mistakes.
