Making A CUSTOM BRUSH KIT!
Custom textured brushes are one of the best parts of digital painting. No matter what your art style, not only can custom-made brushes add a nice flair to your work, they also cut painting time down significantly, meaning you paint quicker and more efficiently.
In today’s video, I walk you through the process of making multiple custom brushes from scratch, using the open-source (and my favourite) digital painting software, Krita. I love the brush dynamics on Krita, and these are super sophisticated, powerful brushes that serve a variety of purposes, from the basic pencil and inking to super textured brushes, to dynamic cloud and leaf brushes and also some cool glitter and galaxy brush sets!
