How to Get Gold in Don't Starve Together
Gold is one of the most important early game resources in Don't Starve Together (and indeed in all Don't Starve games) as it's needed to make the all-important science machine and alchemy engine.
This is a short video guide on how and where to find gold in Don't Starve Together. Some of these can also be applied to the single player Don't Starve/Don't Starve: Reign of Giants DLC.
Note: you can also fish for eels from pools in the wilds ponds (in caves) to give to pig king, who'll give you 5 gold per eel, but this is an early game guide and depending on world generation, it can potentially take a long time to find them, so I've left it out of this video. :3
