"Anna and the King" Preview (1999)
This preview for Anna and the King was included in Entertainment Weekly's "Insider Screenings - Summer 1999," which was sent out to subscribers in the form of a VHS Cassette. Even though it was included in this Summer 1999 presentation, it was scheduled to come out in theaters "Christmas 1999."
Anna and the King came out in theaters on December 17th, 1999. The film stars Jodie Foster, Chow Yun-Fat, Bai Ling, Tom Felton, Syed Alwi, and Randall Duk Kim. It was directed by Andy Tennant.
At one point, the film was to be called simply "Anna."
