Calculation:
250 ml of water, or 250 grams
Molar mass (H₂O) 18 g/mol
250/18 equals approximately 13.9 mol
13.9 multiplied by Avogadro's constant equals 6.022 × 10²³
which gives us 8.37 × 10²⁴ molecules in a glass of water
____
1.4 billion km³ = 1.4 × 10²¹ = 1.4 × 10²⁴ g
Molar mass (H₂O) 18 g/mol
(1.4 × 10²⁴ g / 18) multiplied by Avogadro's constant equals 6.022 × 10²³ gives approximately 4.7 × 10⁴⁶ water molecules on Earth, or 47 Septillion
(8.37 x 10^24) / (4.7 x 10^46) = 1.78 x 10^-22 Einstein molecules in all the water in the world
(8.37 x 10^24) * (1.78 x 10^-22) = 1489 molecules of Einstein's last glass in our glass of water
