Photogrammetry BIM
We use a drone to take pictures of cracks and process the images through photogrammetry to get the position, size, and length of the cracks.
For the pointcloud data, I used a Mavic 3 to fly and take over 5000 pictures, and then processed the data on Bentley Contexcapture. It took about 36 hours to process the data.
For the Orthofacade data, I used a M300 Payload H20 drone and a Mavic 3. The program used for annotation is Autodesk Recap.
