Converting STL to 3D CAD in Ansys Discovery using SubD
This video shows a very fast method for converting STL geometry into 3d CAD. We take an example of 3d scanned lumbar and convert it into a SubD model in Ansys Discovery. A SubD model can be easily modified, refined and converted into a 3D CAD.
