When I shoot film, I have a urge to get a intimate and personal vibe from the people I shoot. Yesterday I heard the sad news that Prodigy, whom I met for a split sec while shooting, will not get to live another day. As his legacy lives on, I hope people can feel connected with Prodigy again from seeing this rare footage. Giving Amsterdam a classic hiphop show. You are and will always be a hiphop legend and the world will never forget your portfolio. Hiphop has always been a big passion of mine and has been even a greater influence in my life. This one goes out to everybody who takes part in hiphop: Thanks for everything. You ARE changing lives, little by little. Hiphop is the biggest gift someone ever gave me. Thanks. T
This rare footage was picked up from the cutting room floor. The footage was shot at appelsap festival in amsterdam. Rest in peace prodigy!
