UI Info:
I use Naowh’s UI. He has a discord and all his UI's (classic, WoTLK, retail, etc.) available if you sub to his twitch channel or patreon. His UI links also include the weak aura's, nameplates and dbm profiles that tell you about interrupts or CC's, but since he is a tank there are some that you might want to trim out since they don't always apply to non-tanks.

Combat Text above the mobs:

There is a bit of customization you can do, but here is the main settings I use:
Abilities - Vertical Up, Criticals - Fountain, Miss/Parry/Dodge/etc - Disabled, Auto Attacks - Disabled, Auto Attacks Criticals - Disabled
I think has a less cluttered feel, but still gives those really satisfying moments when you are in a big crit window.
White DPS above Character Frame:
This is a part of the Details! Damage Meter. To enable make sure to double check that the sub-addon Details!; Streamer (plugin) is active too. Then on your details window, click the cogwheel - Broadcaster Tools - Action Tracker - Show Dps/Hps
