In this video explaining backward difference table. This method is very interesting and very simple. Easy to understand every one.
The backward differences table can be used to approximate derivatives of a function just like the forward differences table. The nth backward difference is related to the nth derivative of a function. In some cases using backward differences may be more appropriate than using forward differences depending on the nature of the problem at hand.
