Ingredients:
• 1 Cauliflower (Gobhi), grated
• 1-2 Green chillies, finely chopped
• Ginger, grated
• Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Dhania powder
• Salt to taste
• Desi Ghee for cooking
• Dough (prepared with salt and ajwain)

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cauliflower, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, dhania powder, and salt. Mix well to create the stuffing.
2. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten it slightly and roll it out into a small disc.
3. Place a generous amount of the cauliflower stuffing in the center. Fold the edges of the dough over the stuffing and seal it completely. Gently flatten it.
4. Dust it with a little dry flour and roll it out carefully into a paratha, ensuring the stuffing doesn’t spill out.
5. Heat a tawa (griddle) and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook on medium heat until golden spots appear on one side.
6. Flip the paratha and apply desi ghee generously. Flip again and repeat until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

SERVE: Your gobhi ke paranthe is ready! Serve it with butter, curd, or pickle for the perfect meal.
