What if we installed #Linux on this old laptop to make it awesome again?
We're going to try a lightweight Linux distribution to see what it needs.
Linux requires fewer resources to run and can therefore help run an old, forgotten and possibly obsolete PC.
Although this laptop can still run Windows 7 quite well and is fast, the operating system is no longer well supported and is unsafe to use due to the lack of security updates.
Windows 11 or 10 may be installed, but this PC barely works. So let's try installing Linux and hopefully make this HP laptop work again!
