CopyParty is a full self-hosted file server that lives in a single Python file. In this guide I install it on Fedora, run it as a systemd user service, write the config, set up user accounts and permissions, and add secure remote access with NetBird. No Docker, no databases, no big tech accounts. All the commands and configs are in the companion article below.
