TISE is an acronym that stands for "Technology of Individual Construction and Ecology."
To improve the reliability and efficiency of columnar foundations, in the mid-1990s, R.N. Yakovlev proposed a fundamentally new technology for pouring foundation piles – TISE. Its effectiveness was confirmed
by practicing builders, and in 1997, its author even received the Gold Medal of the All-Russian Exhibition Center.
