How to do image to image Georeferencing
Open QGIS -- click on New -- View -- Toolbars -- Manage layears toolbar --active -- Raster -- (find file) -- (which is currect georeference and coordinates available) -- OK.
Then ,click on Raster -- selecte non Georeferenced map -- callect 4 GCP -- from map canvas -- OK.
Transformation setting -- set (Transformation Type, Resampling method,Target SRS) -- output setting( set your file output location) -- start Georeferencing -- discard.
For Georeference Checking :
At fast connect internet -- Plugins -- Manage and install plugins -- All -- Search Map SwipTool -- Install Plugin --
-- Plugins -- Map Swipe Tool(Active two map).
