MY FAVOURITE STUDENT MEALS | quick, easy & affordable
My 6 favourite recipes to make at uni when I don't know what to cook for dinner :)
INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom & broccoli stir fry:
1/2 veg stock cube
1 nest medium egg noodles
1/2 broccoli head
1/2 pack of mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
chilli flakes
Sweet potato, lentil & spinach curry:
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
korma paste pot
1 sweet potato
150g red split lentils
1/2 veg stock cube (300ml)
frozen spinach
1/2 pack of mushrooms
portion of rice
Veggie chilli:
chilli seasoning packet
1 courgette
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 pack of mushrooms
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 can of red kidney beans
portion of rice
Fajitas:
fajita kit
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 courgette
1/2 pack of mushrooms
1/2 onion
1/2 can of red kidney beans
3 cloves of garlic
sour cream
cheese
Homemade pizza:
base (I used a wrap)
tomato puree
cheese
seasoning (I used basil, oregano & garlic)
toppings (I used sundried tomatoes)
Pasta:
portion of pasta
1/2 pack of mushrooms
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 courgette
jar of pasta sauce
jar of chargrilled peppers
1/2 jar of sundried tomatoes
