Universal Television Enterprises, Inc. (1995/1998) [Long Version]
From a repeat of a 1995 episode of "The Jerry Springer Show".
So not only did I manage to find the long Universal TV Enterprises logo on an episode from its era, I was able to find one on a repeat episode that had this plaster the Multimedia Entertainment logo. This also stays on screen for a very long time (presumably to cover over the Multimedia Entertainment logo).
