PBR RENDERING - Setting up SUBSTANCE PAINTER Materials in OCTANE for BLENDER [Part 01]
Hi everyone! I've been getting request on making some more in depth tutorials, so I'm giving it a shot, In this one I go step by step on how to connect Substance Painter exported textures for OTOY's Octane Render in Blender. Hope you like it!!

⯈ NOTE at 5:15 and for all the non colour information maps that follow!
While I use an IMAGE TEX NODE in order to keep the Tutorial simple, take into account that the ROUGHNESS MAP is a grayscale one, so resource-wise it is better to use a FLOAT IMAGE TEX NODE, this will prevent the texture from being converted to RGN in render time, therefor using your GPU VRAM in a more efficient way 🤓
