F1 Visa News Update: ICE Guidelines for Spring 2021
What should F1 visa students returning to the US for Spring 2021 know about the ICE guidelines? In this video we will be discussing the current conditions under which current and returning F1 students will be allowed to the US.
These conditions are based on the SEVP guidelines for international students on the F1visa as published by ICE in July 2020.
At the time of this video, ICE has not yet released any new guidelines for the Spring 2021, so speculations are made based on the previous SEVP guidelines.
