Animated Puzzle with Video Texture created with AE Element3d
Vector graphics are based on vectors (also called paths) that are created from 2D (planar) graphics objects. A 2D drawing of a puzzle outline was 'auto-traced' in AE to create a mask layer (paths), which was added to element3d custom layer. The multiple objects (puzzle pieces) were separated using 'Geometry'. Individual pieces were dispersed, scattered, and rotated to create an interesting video.
