Ultra Sonic Privacy Sensor "Simple DIY"
Just using 4 wires some protoboard a digispark and a ultrasonic distance sensor and a little bit of code makes this simple project work. Right now its configured like a trip wire but can easily be changed to work when you sit at your desk. The idea is you get up your light and monitor will turn off. I use linux but it can be set up with nircmd on windows. Any way I use a custom shortcut on kde "gui+shift+y" to trigger "xset dpms force off" which turns my screen off and its super effective. Also feel free to change my code fix it if need be, I'm no coder so sure my code could be vastly improved feel free to link me any improvements to my discord and i'll update also leave your name commented in the code for credit.
