How to Download Coursera Videos
Downloading Coursera videos for offline viewing is a convenient way to continue learning without needing an internet connection. While Coursera does not allow video downloads through the desktop browser, the *official Coursera mobile app* offers built-in support for offline learning. This video outlines how to properly download videos using the app and explains important settings that affect storage and playback.
To get started, download the Coursera mobile app from the *Google Play Store* or *Apple App Store* and sign in to your account. Navigate to the *My Learning* or *Learn* tab, where you’ll see a list of your enrolled courses. Tap the course you want to view offline.
Once inside the course, browse through the available modules. Each lecture video will show a *download icon* next to it. Tap this icon to begin downloading. Some sections also allow *downloading the entire module* at once by selecting a download button at the top of the section.
After tapping download, you may be asked if you want the app to automatically delete completed videos to save space. Choose *Yes* or *No* depending on your storage preferences. You can manage your offline downloads and auto-delete settings later from the app’s settings under **Download Preferences**.
