V10 Master answers a question from the comments
In this video, I'll respond to a comment under my review of the Dyson v10 vacuum cleaner.
The comment asked the following question: "What should I do if the dust container starts to come off completely while cleaning? The hinged lid remains closed."
I've had a couple of similar cases. The problem was a broken locking stop on the guide along which the dust container moves. The only solution to this problem is to replace this part. The video will explain in detail how to do this yourself if, for whatever reason, you can't count on the warranty.
