Pull don’t push! How Kanbans work in our processes!
Here is a short video of our aha moment this morning, talking about the pole versus push process of paperwork in our shop and how we have reached some new levels of discovery of improving our system. We want our team to pole projects from the office and we need a minimum kanban level of projects.
