Launch Task Scheduler.
Go to Task scheduler library
Create task or create basic task
In general tab, please enter name and description of the task
Define trigger points in task scheduler (It could be daily, weekly, monthly…)
Create action (Define program in program and script, define path of the browser, enter the address in argument column)
Set additional conditions (Power, Network…)
May chose additional settings in setting tab
It is all set to run.
