Roasting Di Bella's September Showcase Single Origin Coffees
The roasting team at Di Bella Coffee are very excited to be roasting some very special single origin coffees for our September Showcase on our shiny new small batch roaster. This month features an El Salvadorean coffee from Finca Himalaya that presents a 'fruit bomb' flavour profile thanks to a special natural processing method known as Supersonic. Our second showcase coffee is a washed processed coffee from the Maraba region in southern Rwanda, which placed fourth in the 'Rwanda's Finest' auction in 2016.
