Fix for Open Animation Replacer - IED Conditions extension missing 1.0.0.0 Error
If you’re seeing this error, don’t panic — you’re not missing an actual version 1.0.0.0 of the mod. Here’s what I found out while troubleshooting:
When does this happen?
Most often the error appears after installing animation mods (in my case it was Bow Rapid Combo V3).
Important note
Even if you’ve installed all the required mods and made sure they’re the latest versions, the issue might not be with them at all. In my situation, the conflict came from a completely unrelated interface mod — which honestly sounded ridiculous, but it was true.
How to troubleshoot
Disable your entire mod list.
Launch the game — if the error is gone, then the problem is a mod conflict.
Re-enable your mods one by one (or in small groups).
Keep launching the game until the error shows up again.
Once it does, you’ve found the culprit. Decide whether to remove or patch it.

For me, the problematic mod was CoMAP. Removing it solved the issue immediately.
