Serrated Glaive now causes enemies hit by Throw Glaive to take 20% increased damage from Chaos Strike, in addition to its current effect.
Accelerating Blade has been renamed to Accelerated Blade.
Accelerated Blade now causes Throw Glaive to deal 60% increased damage (was 20%) and its damage is reduced by 30% for each previous enemy hit.

Should be mentioned that this directly affects Soulrend damage output as well

Helps in M+ builds. Allows us a significant amount more ST and prio damage at a small sacrifice to aoe. We’d be dropping the 1 point that we have in either Burning Hatred or Blind Fury to get 1 point in Serrated Glaive. This is reasonable to do because we’re actually gaining Fury through our Tier Set Bonus.

OR LCK and the 1 point we have in either Blind Fury or or Burning Hatred to get 2 points in Serrated Glaive. But I don’t think this would be ideal because our Tier is Eye Beam centric and the crits from LCK play into that.

As it currently stands, these changes don’t affect our ST build because even with the buff from Serrated Glaive, wasting a GCD to press throw glaive is not worth it and remember, you always have to give up another talent to be able to get a new one. And obviously Accelerated blade wouldn’t be taken either.

like the intent of a lot of changes this PTR though people aren't giving them credit or even noticing between just screaming about max potential output
is that they're trying to smooth the bridge between pure ST and pure AoE build]
cos specs that had to all in one or the other have a fucking TERRIBLE time playing the game half the time

if you buff left/right ST it is more likely to become better in m+ due to the prio damage gap and ST damage bridging the overall in aoe

On m+ throw glaive build, the buff to chaos strike from serrated glaive will be 100% uptime since we’re using Throw Glaive basically on cooldown. Of course in AoE you’re still prioritizing using Death Sweep but if you’re fighting a boss or trying to take down a prio target in a pack you’d start using Annihilation consistently after Death Sweep

tl;dr, Probably won't use serrated in our ST raid builds but it’s definitely a good change in M+ for our damage profile. We’ll feel less useless when it comes to bosses and that extra damage bridges the gap from lost AoE (which wasn’t much btw).

Its 9.5% less throw glaive damage on 3 targets
A gain in 2 targets, BIG gain in single target and better prio damage in all cases
Sub 1% nerf in overall aoe, probably net neutral in a key overall but now you have a better damage profile.

Feel like other problems could have been tackled first but there’s still time and a high chance some of these issues could get fixed or at least addressed and acknowledged.

Left side is just way too powerful resulting in it always being taken. That limits build diversity or even what we can take in certain situations. When talents like KYE and EssB are always taken, in every build that means you have to also take all the talents leading into it.
Isolated Prey is supposed to be a talent to help facilitate the awkwardly named “no mover” build but actually encourages using fel rush on CD, even without momentum talented, for fury gains

Middle of tree is weak and is simply annoying to play with Cycle of Hatred
