"Windows" running on a ZX Spectrum +2
Well... sort of. This is a demo entitled "Emulate", that does precisely that: it gives you the impression that a Windows 3.1 desktop is running on your Spectrum.
Before you start yelling "fake", do a quick look and search for "demos" and "demoscene".
