Fuel sensor repair and replacement Minsk X250. Fixing a flickering instrument cluster.
In this video, I replaced the fuel sensor on an X250 motorcycle, repaired the old fuel sensor, and fixed the instrument cluster disconnection issues on an M1NSK X250.
To avoid damage, keep approximately 1 liter of fuel in the tank during winter.
To repair the sensor, remove it, clean off any rust, and solder one wire back into place.
To repair a "fading" instrument cluster, check the connectors. If there are no oxidized or missing contacts, then check the wiring harness in the location shown in the video, as this issue is common on many motorcycles with similar terminals.
