Instiction is a Better Looking Survival Game with Dinosaur Theme | Instiction Preview (Sinhal)(2021)
Hashbane Interactive has shown off the newest trailer for Instinction, a horror that traps the player on a strange island where dinosaurs are baying for their blood.
The Dino Crisis games were of course a significant influence on Instinction's direction, however, consider this title to be the not-so-distant cousin of Shinji Mikami's panic horror series. Developed in Unreal Engine 5, the trailer shows some absolutely stunning visuals of prehistoric creatures stalking through the forests, spooky tombs, and even a behemoth swimming through the depths.
The studio wants the player to be armed to the teeth to take on these animals, and let's be real, you're going to need all the help you can get. Melee weapons and rocket launchers will be available to you, but ammo is scarce and your choices in combat situations will change the outcome of your assigned mission.
It's not just dinosaurs that you'll face on this strange island. Other humans will be a threat as you explore a sprawling research facility to discover what has happened here, as well as groups of Homo floresiensis. While it is a large world to get to grips with, the story grounds the player and allows them to approach different objectives at different times.
