UPDATED🦊The Division 2 [] BEST CAPACITOR BUILD FOR PVP🦊
This build in my opinion is the BEST way to setup a build around the capacitor. It gives you everything you want, dps, survivability, skill tiers to use to cancel out skill builds. I went through all my resources to finally land on this setup and it is by far the best way to use this gun.
UPDATE:
I HAVE REPLACED THE GROUPO KNEE WITH A WALKER HARRIS KNEE AS ITS MORE MULTIPLICATIVE FOR THE BUILD. IT ADDS WEAPON DMG AND MORE DAMAGE TO ARMOR.
