How to create XRD spectra in VESTA?
In this video, you will learn how to create XRD spectra in VESTA software. Drag a cif file to the VESTA software, go to utility, and click on the powder diffraction pattern. In the new window, give details of X-ray wavelength and click on calculate. Then, export the calculated XRD spectra as an image and save the table as a text file. This way you can calculate the lattice constant and identify the (h, k, l) planes.
