Windows 8 build 7785 - and an empty Start screen
If you're interested in Windows 8 development builds, then last week will have been amazing for you. We had 4 builds leak - 7791, 7793, 7792 (an even earlier ARM32 build, unfortunately I doubt a video will be made on this one), and this build, the earliest of them all - 7785.
It's the earliest available build to come with the user tile in the system tray. It also includes an early version of the Start screen (not a very useful one, though) and the ribbon UI in Windows Explorer, complete with the amazing "this is me" option.
