Car Theft Caught on Tesla Sentry Mode
Help us catch our car thief (and be careful)!
Yesterday my husband and I went surfing in Pacifica. After paying for parking, I put my credit card in the covered center console- comletely out of site. Yes, I know this is a "no-no", but I wasn't going to take my credit card surfing with me. Anyway, after we thought we locked the car we headed out to catch some waves. Meanwhile our new Tesla caught a thief in the act. I’ve notified my credit card company and $2000 in unauthorized purchases were made in that short amount of time. The Pacifica police are also aware. Now I just want to catch him! Could you help us? If anything, maybe criminals will realize they shouldn't steal from or vandalize Teslas?
