In her class “Tell Me About It! Advanced Reporting in QBO," she showed of all kinds of cool ways to pull detailed reports out of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online….
…but you all asked so many great questions that she decided to answer them instead of sticking to her slide deck. As a result, even at 100 minutes she ran out of time! So she didn’t get to talk about the topic she was saving for the finale, the one you were all there to see…Spreadsheet Sync!
Spreadsheet Sync is QuickBooks Online Advanced’s newest feature. It allows you to view and manipulate your QBO data in Excel, using Excel’s spreadsheet tools so that you can add, delete, and update your information while looking at it in a grid instead of reports.
In this video, Alicia will show you how to use Spreadsheet Sync to update your Chart of Accounts, generate a combined multi-company Balance Sheet, import a Budget, and save a formatted report that you can update again later.
So, even though Alicia didn’t make it all the way through her slide deck at SNH, there’s a silver lining: You get the recording!
