How to watch analoge video in vlc using linux mint with a wintv hvr
A way to stream live tv to your other computer devices. using analogue channel 3 as you source.
(For a local stream your like to the computer you are sending to can be udp://@:1234 for example)
I tried a different microphone in this video so it is quieter but not as much computer fan noise.
