Plot:
Feriha Yılmaz lives with her family as tenants in the basement of a luxurious building in Etiler, an upper-class neighborhood. Feriha receives a scholarship to study at a university for wealthy young people, and over time she becomes the center of attention, even for Emir Sarrafoglu (a wealthy young man who dates many actresses and models). As time passes and certain circumstances unfold, Feriha and Emir fall in love, but as their love grows, Feriha becomes increasingly trapped in her lies, involving two people who unwittingly or unknowingly begin to help her. Feriha is often on the verge of being discovered; However, this doesn't happen until an old friend (who actually hates her because she can't have Emir's love) from her building sets a trap for her. Emir discovers that Feriha is actually the building's caretaker's daughter, and rather than hating her for her social class, he feels a deep resentment towards her because he thinks she only approached him out of self-interest.
