In this video, I demonstrate how to build a strong wooden box using a Slot Cutter Bit on a trim router. I show you a unique method to create a Rabbeted Dado Joint (also known as a Tongue and Dado joint) using only the slot cutter for the joinery.
This joint is incredibly strong and perfect for making drawers and storage boxes. No complex jigs required—just a smart setup for precision.
